Traditionally, persons working in any trade, occupation or profession pass through various stages of development;  from apprentice to journeyman to master.  While these named stages are often dispensed with today, career development often follows a similar path.   Today I interview a  Parks and Recreation”Master” Brad Chambers.  As you will hear, he has paid his dues and done his traveling.  A life of professional experiences and contributions which have been recognized by his peers.
